Renju S Raj, M.D.
Dr. Renju Raj has extensive experience as a medical educator, researcher, and physician. He earned his medical degree from the prestigious Manipal University in India and completed his medical residency program in Obstetrics &Gynecology at Maricopa Medical Center and St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona.
After residency, Dr. Raj served as a faculty member in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences at the University of Vermont Medical Center where he also received fellowship training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. He focused his fellowship research on studying the androgen receptor gene and its effects on treatment outcomes in women with PCOS.
Dr. Raj is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is eligible for the certification in the subspecialty of reproductive endocrinology and infertility.
Dr. Raj believes strongly in educating and empowering his patients to become part of the decision-making process regarding their treatment options. He also strives to provide patients with cost-effective, evidence-based fertility treatments with the utmost compassion and understanding.
He has a special interest in using the Invocell device in order to lower the cost of IVF and has helped many patients achieve their dreams using this innovative method.
Dr. Raj conducted extensive research related to embryo implantation and placentation and was recognized for his work by the renowned National Institutes of Health (NIH). He had presented his published results to professional colleagues at international medical meetings.
